Welcome to SOURJUNK. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.
ABOUT US
SOURJUNK is an independent handmade business.

We create and customise products using purchased base products, UV resin, plastic & metal charms, embellishments and other materials. Because our products are handmade, each piece may have slight variations and imperfections.
ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the products selected at the price shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, materials are no longer available, or there is an obvious pricing or listing error. If we cancel your order, you will receive a refund for any payment already made for the cancelled order.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or cancelled before production begins.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Some products require you to provide customisation details through our custom order form.
Where a customisation form is required, you are responsible for providing accurate information and submitting the form after placing your order.
If the required form is not completed, your order will be delayed until the necessary information is received.
Once customisation details have been submitted, they cannot be changed.
Custom products are made specifically according to the information provided by the customer, so please check your selections carefully before submitting them.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS
SOURJUNK products are handmade and may contain UV resin, plastic charms, metal charms, embellishments and other materials.
Because of the handmade nature of our products, small differences, imperfections, variations in placement, colour and finish are normal and can form part of the character of the individual piece.
Product photographs may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
These variations do not necessarily constitute a fault.
PRODUCT CARE & WEAR
Our products should be handled with care.
UV resin is not flexible and may crack or break if it is bent or subjected to excessive force or impact. This is particularly important when applying or removing phone cases.
Avoid exposing products to harsh chemicals.
Metal charms may naturally tarnish, discolour or corrode over time.
Some wear and tear is expected over the lifetime of a handmade product. With proper care, your SOURJUNK piece can last much longer.

CHARM DAMAGE
Our charms and embellishments are attached by hand and may become damaged or detached through impact, bending, excessive force, misuse or normal wear and tear.
If a charm becomes detached, a small amount of suitable super glue may be used to carefully reattach it.
Where damage has been caused by accidental damage, misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear, this will not automatically constitute a product fault.
SOCIAL MEDIA & CUSTOMER CONTENT
We love seeing our products being used and encourage customers to share their SOURJUNK pieces online.
By voluntarily tagging @sour.junk or otherwise sending us photographs/videos of your SOURJUNK products, you give us permission to repost or feature that content on our social media or website, unless you tell us otherwise.
DISCOUNT CODES
Customers who post an unboxing or suitable content featuring their SOURJUNK order and tag @sour.junk may be eligible to receive a one-time discount code for a future order.
Discount codes are subject to any conditions communicated with the code and may not be exchanged for cash.
SOURJUNK reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a discount where the requirements for the promotion have not been met.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and information on our website are accurate.
As our products are handmade, the finished product may vary slightly from the photographs shown.
If there is an obvious error in a product listing, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, contact affected customers.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version that applies to your order will be the version displayed on our website at the time your order is placed.
